He is highly skilled in the latest ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, spinal nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, and kyphoplasty. He has a special interest in minimally invasive procedures to help manage both acute and chronic pain.

Dr. Tareen is committed to relieving pain and suffering and improving the quality of life of his patients. He has a unique experience of training under many distinguished leaders in the field of pain medicine. He has been involved in research studies throughout his career and has presented at local and national conferences. As a Dallas native, Dr. Tareen is fully dedicated to the care of the North Texas community. His mission at Chronic Pain Relief is to ensure every one of his patients is treated in an ethical manner with dignity and respect.
